Louis S. Rytlewski, 49, of 432 E. State St. a local upholsterer died at his home Sept. 26. He had been associated with his father-in-law, John Penny, in the Penny Furniture Co. here for a number of years.

A native and lifelong resident here, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army during World War II, and was a member of the Sheret Post of the American Legion. He was a member of St. Mary's Assumption Church.

He leaves his wife, Mrs. Veronica Penny Rytlewski; a son, Louis Jr., and a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Woolston and a grand-daughter, all of Albion; a brother, Joseph Rytlewski of San Diego, Calif; a sister, Mrs. Helen Nochelski of Albion, and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at the Merrill-Grinnell Funeral Home and St. Mary's Church on September 30, with burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
