Stephen B. Mager, age 95, died April 1, 2013 at The Villages of Orleans with his daughters by his side. He was born December 7, 1917 in Albion a son of the late William and Mary (Romanowski) Mager and had lived in this area all his life. He was a member of Holy Family Parish, Knights of Columbus, and St. Mary's Athletic Club. Stephen served in the U.S. Army in the European Theater during WWII. He worked as a die operator at Harrison Radiator for over 30 years, retiring from there in 1980.

Mary Lou McGaffick, age 76 of Linwood Avenue, died March 6, 2013 in Lakeside Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness. She was born August 18, 1936 in Albion to Adam and Gertrude Czajkowski Levandowski and was a lifetime resident of this area. Mary Lou was a member of Holy Family Parish, the Catholic Daughters of the Americas, St. Mary's Athletic Club, and volunteered countless hours for the Veterans Service Agency Transport Service. She liked to garden and work with flowers as well as going out to dinner and enjoying fine seafood. Aside from her love of a fine automobile, Mrs. McGaffick's greatest joy was spending time with her family as she truly made her house a hom. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, sons, brothers, sister and grandchildren.

Bruno Palaszynski, 59, of 8-B St. died today at Memorial Hospital. Death was attributed to a heart attack. He was born in Niagara Falls and had been employed at the Carborundum Co. for 20 years as a diamond wheel moulder. He was a World War II veteran.

He is survived by his widow Mrs. Mary Lucas; two sons Martin of Albion and John of Buffalo; six daughters, Mrs. Mary Chike, Mrs. Victoria Daniels, Mrs. Rose Rice, and Mrs. Martha O'Hearn of Albion, Mrs. Jennie Cody of Rochester and Mrs. Lottie Bloom of Albion.
