Philosophy: It is our philosophy to provide opportunities for self-development and preparation for life. It is also our continued philosophy to become aware of the multiple roles of men and women in today's society, to encourage individual and group involvement and achieve worldwide unity.

Purpose: The purpose of the M.O.D. organization shall be to accomplish the following:

To provide opportunities for self-development and preparation for life;

Become aware of the multiple roles of young adults in today`s society;

To encourage individual and group involvement in helping to achieve worldwide unity;

To provide opportunities for decision making and for assuming responsibilities;

To institute programs that promote understanding between youth and young adults; and

To provide service to our school, and community.
