Please download the Criminal History Review Permission Form. Complete all areas and submit to Human Resource Services (HRS) at 14705 Woodforest Blvd. or fax to 832 386-1450. When Criminal History Permission Form has been reviewed/approved you will be contacted to visit with Dr. Aneka VanCourt, Senior Director for Recruitment and Retention. At this time, you will be given a letter indicating that you have been approved to observe classes in the District. Upon visiting the campus, you will be asked to present this letter to the Campus Administrators.
